Lender panel disclosure
Aligned Finance Limited works with a selected panel of finance companies and lenders. Not every lending product available in the market is assessed.
Commissions and fees
Aligned Finance Limited may receive broker fees, commissions and interest-related commissions from lenders where lending arrangements are completed.
Conflicts of interest
Aligned Finance Limited maintains policies and procedures designed to identify, manage and disclose conflicts of interest where applicable.
Client duties
When providing financial advice, Aligned Finance Limited is required to:
- Prioritise client interests
- Exercise care, diligence and skill
- Meet standards of competence, knowledge and ethical behaviour
- Comply with obligations under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
