We work with a selected panel of finance companies and lenders. Once we understand your circumstances and assess your needs, we review the lending options available through our selected panel and recommend solutions suited to your requirements.

Our duties

We adhere to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services. Our duties include prioritising your interests, providing diligent advice, and maintaining high standards of competence, knowledge, skill, ethical behavior, conduct, and client care. How we get paid

For Consumer Finance products, we receive commissions from the lenders we work with. The commission amount is determined by an agreed base rate, with the adviser adding a margin above the base rate.

Fees and charges

Where applicable, a broker fee between $0 and $995 (including GST) may apply. The amount will depend on the lender, the loan product and the complexity of your application. Any applicable broker fee will be fully disclosed to you before you enter into a loan agreement. The lender may also have fees and charges related to processing your deal and securing the loan.

Managing conflicts of interest and/or incentives

We prioritise your interests through an advice process that considers your goals and circumstances. Financial advice is currently provided by Kiri Mihaere on behalf of Aligned Finance Limited. Our team receives annual training on managing conflicts of interest, and we undergo compliance audits to ensure transparency and ethical conduct.
